The Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) scheme allows Energywise Bristol to provide grant-assisted cavity wall and loft insulation measures for people who are on certain benefits.
Bundled with the Carbon Reduction Obligation is a community fund called the Carbon Saving Community Obligation (CSCO). The Green Deal will offer householders the opportunity to access finance known as a Green Deal Loan to put towards some or all of the cost of the works.
